Agreeing to these terms

These terms apply to your use of growthrig.ai and everything on it, including the Growth Audit form. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website only. If we go on to work together, that engagement is governed by the separate agreement we sign, and that agreement controls wherever the two differ.

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted here, with a new effective date at the top, so it is worth re-reading this page if you are relying on it.

Using the site and the form

You may read, print, and share this site for your own business purposes. When you submit the Growth Audit form you are asking us to review your lead flow and reply; you are not placing an order, and no payment is taken anywhere on this site.

Please give us accurate information, and only submit contact details you are entitled to give us. Submitting someone else's phone number or email address without their permission is not permitted.

We may decline, delay, or discontinue an audit request at our discretion, including where a request appears automated, abusive, or outside the kind of business we serve.

Communications and consent

When you submit the form, you are asking us to respond, so we may contact you by email or phone about your request and about working together.

Text messaging is separate and always optional. The form offers two checkboxes, both unchecked by default and neither required to submit:

• Service messages — texts about your Growth Audit, appointments, and service updates.
• Promotional messages — recurring marketing texts, including tips, offers, and follow-up.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase and is not a condition of receiving your audit. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, and those charges are between you and your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We record which boxes you checked, when, and which version of the consent wording you were shown.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. You can also email us and ask, and we will action it. Opting out of text messages does not withdraw your audit request — we will reply by email or phone instead.

To stop email contact, reply to any message from us and say so.

How we handle the information behind all of this is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

No guarantees of results

Everything on this site describes what our system does, not what it will earn you. We do not guarantee any number of leads, booked jobs, conversion rate, ranking, revenue figure, or return on investment. Results depend on your market, your pricing, your capacity, your responsiveness, and factors outside anyone's control.

An audit is our professional read of your lead flow. It is advice, not a warranty, and acting on it is your decision.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its intake endpoint, or any related system;
• probe, scan, overload, or otherwise interfere with the availability of the site;
• submit the form by automated means, or send content that is unlawful, deceptive, malicious, or infringing;
• scrape or harvest the site for the purpose of building a competing service; or
• misrepresent who you are or who you represent.

We apply rate limiting and basic anti-abuse checks to the form, and we may block traffic that trips them.

Intellectual property

The GrowthRig name, logo, page copy, design system, and code on this site belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Nothing here grants you a licence to reuse them beyond ordinary reading and sharing of the pages themselves.

Anything you send us through the form stays yours. You give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it — preparing your audit and responding to you.

Typefaces and icons used on this site are licensed from their creators and remain the property of those creators.

Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any information on it is complete or current. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we do not control them and are not responsible for them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrowthRig will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of this site — whether the claim is framed in contract, tort, or otherwise, and even if we were advised such damages were possible.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability arising out of or relating to this site is limited to one hundred United States dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold GrowthRig harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising out of your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your submission of information you were not entitled to provide.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and GrowthRig agree that the state and federal courts located in Arizona are the exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to this site or these terms, and each of us consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Severability and the rest

If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, that part is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding this website.
